“We talk about ourselves to talk about others”
I’m so happy to announce that I will be taking part in a new online play called “Our Home” written and directed by Juliana Spinola. I’m very excited about this play because it touches on feminism and women’s rights, but it doesn’t take a cookie-cutter view to it. It brings up different angles, different opinions, and makes you ask some important questions.
Within this project, we are gathering creative women from all over the world to tell their own stories – stories from the past, but also stories from the future we wish to build. In this piece, we will travel through time, we will learn stories of distant realities and at the same time so similar to our current realities. In a mixture of drama, satire, and fantasy, we will reconnect to ourselves, what it means to be a woman, and what it means to be a human in this world.
